Vehicle customs clearance and registration in Ukraine

The list of documents, required by the customs broker for customs clearance of your vehicle:

• documents in confirmation of the ownership right (purchase and sale agreement, invoice, proforma-invoice etc.);
• документи, що підтверджують право власності (купча, інвойс, рахунок-фактура чи інше),
• passport;
• tax payer code;
• vehicle’s technical passport.

Pursuant to legislation, customs clearance is allowed for all the vehicles. that conform to the certification standards of Ukraine. These standards must be minimum Euro-2 applied towards vehicles produced in 1995 or later. However, prior to the registration the environmental certificate should be obtained.
