Accreditation in the customs agencies

      In order to successfully perform international commercial transactions, your company needs, first of all, to be accredited in the customs bodies. After this, you will be entered to the register of customs-accredited companies and receive an accreditation card on confirmation of this fact. The undergone accreditation will allow your company entering into international commercial agreements (contracts) and, consequently, performing export or import of goods and services.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION OF LEGAL ENTITY:

  • Excerpt from the company’s charter with indication of the company’s right to perform the international commercial activity;
  • Statement from the Statistical Office on the company’s enlistment to the Unified State Register of Companies and Organizations of Ukraine;
  • VAT tax payer certificate (if available);
  • Statement of the authorized bank on availability of the UAH and (or) foreign currency account;
  • Copies of passports of a director, an accountant, as well as customs operations officers;
  • Filled-in record card of an officer who performs operations with goods (accreditation card) as well as its electronic copy.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION OF SOLE PROPRIETOR:

  • Certificate of state registration (excerpt) of the sole proprietor;
  • Statement from the tax bodies on registration as a tax payer (in Ukraine it is 4-ОПП document form);
  • VAT tax payer certificate (if available);
  • Statement of the authorized bank on availability of the UAH and (or) foreign currency account;
  • Copies of passports of a director, an accountant, as well as customs operations officers;
  • Filled-in record card of an officer who performs operations with goods (accreditation card) as well as its electronic copy.
